Private Berber Cooking Class at Fint Oasis
During this activity, a Berber family welcomes you to the heart of a traditional house in the Fint Oasis to discover and learn about Berber culinary specialties. The cook will explain the steps of the cooking process and teach you her technique for half a day in a family atmosphere. During our cooking classes, we use only fresh ingredients. After the welcome, you’ll prepare the real Berber snack “mint tea with pancakes or doughnuts”. Next, you’ll prepare a traditional main course, whatever you feel like learning: a variety of tajines or couscous. Finally, you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor. To digest, take a walk through the palm grove and discover the Oasis.
